Terms of Service

1. The service

MineBuildr provides browser-based Minecraft tools, generators, calculators, planners, AI-assisted utilities and written guides. A free tier is available to everyone; a paid Premium subscription unlocks additional tools and members-only content.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to create an account, and you must have a parent or guardian's permission if you are under 18. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at cyberprosoftware@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. In short: do not break the law, abuse the infrastructure, scrape at scale, resell access, or use our AI tools to create harmful content.

4. Premium subscriptions

• Premium is billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or the billing portal.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the inputs you submit and the designs, banners, commands, schematics and other outputs you create with our tools. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe anyone's rights.

6. Our content

The MineBuildr site, brand, code, written guides and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, republish, resell or create derivative works from the site itself without written permission. Tool outputs you generate are yours to use, including commercially.

7. Third-party services and Mojang

MineBuildr is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang AB or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. Game behaviour, recipes, mechanics and identifiers can change between game versions.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, modify, or discontinue tools and features. If we discontinue a paid feature materially, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MineBuildr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or in-game progress. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 USD. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MineBuildr against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that create security or legal risk. You may close your account at any time from account settings.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Consumers may also have the right to bring claims in their country of residence.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes take effect 30 days after posting, or at your next renewal if you are a subscriber. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
