Acceptable Use

1. Prohibited content

Do not create, upload, generate or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity or violence.
• Sexualises minors, or is sexually explicit.
• Harasses, threatens, defames or targets people based on protected characteristics.
• Contains malware, exploits, or credentials and personal data belonging to others.
• Infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
• Impersonates MineBuildr, Mojang, Microsoft, or any other person or organisation.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or hitting our endpoints at a rate that degrades service for others.
• Reverse engineering, probing, or attempting to bypass the Premium paywall, authentication or rate limits.
• Sharing, reselling or sublicensing your account or Premium access.
• Reselling our tools or content as your own product or service.
• Uploading content that is not yours to upload.
• Interfering with other users' accounts, data or saved creations.

3. AI tool rules

AI-assisted tools must not be used to generate prohibited content, to attempt to extract system prompts or model internals, to produce spam at scale, or to submit other people's personal or confidential information as prompts. We may log prompts for abuse detection.

4. Fair use of resources

Premium is licensed for a single individual's normal personal use. We may apply reasonable rate limits, queue heavy jobs, or contact you if usage looks automated or commercial in scale.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Report abuse to cyberprosoftware@gmail.com. Depending on severity we may remove content, apply rate limits, suspend or terminate an account, or report activity to the authorities. We aim to warn first for minor, good-faith violations. Terminations for serious violations are not eligible for a refund.

6. Appeals

If you believe enforcement was a mistake, email cyberprosoftware@gmail.com with your account address and we will review the decision.
