Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data MineBuildr collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
Effective date: August 2, 2026 · Last updated: August 2, 2026
1. Who we are
MineBuildr ("MineBuildr", "we", "us") operates minebuildr.com, a collection of browser-based Minecraft tools, guides and an optional paid Premium subscription. For data protection purposes we act as the data controller for personal data processed through the site. You can reach us at cyberprosoftware@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, hashed authentication credentials or Google sign-in identifier, account creation date.
- Subscription and billing data: subscription status, plan, renewal dates and payment identifiers. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
- Newsletter data: email address and the source of the signup, when you opt in.
- Tool and content data: inputs you type into tools, AI prompts and generated outputs, saved creations, and support messages you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL, and error diagnostics collected to keep the service secure and working.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK without parental consent). If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
3. Why we process your data and our legal bases
- Providing the tools and your account — performance of a contract.
- Processing payments, renewals and refunds — performance of a contract.
- Security, fraud prevention, abuse detection and debugging — legitimate interests.
- Analytics and product improvement — consent, where cookies are involved.
- Newsletter and product emails — consent, withdrawable at any time.
- Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
4. AI features
Some tools send the prompt or parameters you provide to third-party AI model providers to generate a result. Do not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information into AI tools. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. See our AI Disclaimer for details on accuracy, ownership and acceptable use.
5. Service providers we share data with
- Our managed cloud backend provider — authentication, database and file storage.
- Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing and the customer billing portal.
- Cloud hosting and CDN providers — serving the site.
- Email delivery providers — transactional and newsletter email.
- AI model providers — processing prompts submitted to AI tools.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard.
7. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion for security and dispute-resolution purposes. Billing records are retained as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 7 years). Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are retained for a short operational period.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. California residents may additionally request disclosure of the categories of information collected and may exercise the right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share, so no opt-out is required. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
To exercise a right, email cyberprosoftware@gmail.com from your account address, or delete your account from your account settings. We verify requests before acting and respond within 30 days (45 days for CCPA requests, extendable once). Authorised agents may submit requests with written permission.
9. Cookies and tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to run sign-in, security and checkout, plus optional analytics and marketing cookies that load only after you consent. You can change your choices at any time.
We honour Global Privacy Control and other recognised opt-out preference signals sent by your browser.
10. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to user data is protected by authentication and row-level database policies, secrets are stored in a managed secret store, and payment card data never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date and, where required, by email.
