1. Designated agent

Send copyright notices to our designated agent at cyberprosoftware@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Notices sent to other addresses may be delayed.

2. Submitting a takedown notice

A valid notice must include all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• The URL and a description of the material you claim is infringing, precise enough for us to locate it.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Knowingly submitting a false claim of infringement can expose you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

3. What we do

On receiving a valid notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the material, notify the user who posted it where possible, and record the notice for our repeat-infringer records.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any district where we may be found). We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

6. Mojang and Microsoft content

Minecraft names, assets and trademarks belong to Mojang AB and Microsoft. MineBuildr uses them descriptively as an independent fan project and does not distribute game assets. If you represent a rights holder and believe our use exceeds fair use, contact us and we will respond promptly.
